摘要
本文使用基于温度场的凝固补缩模型来进行热裂纹数值模拟。在热裂试验的基础上,得到了铸件热裂纹倾向的临界值,进而实现了摇枕、侧架的热裂纹预测。
Hot crack numerical simulation has been handled by "solidification -feeding" model based on temperature field.The critical value of hot crack has been obtained according to the experiments on test casting, and it had been used on predicting the hot crack of bolster and side bearer.
