摘要
[Editorial note] The activity of 'Top ten news selection for China’s Paper Industry' held by China Paper Newsletter ( China Papermaking Journal Press) has been carried out for 8 years. This activity has been gained much support from leaders, experts and readers, and has positive effect on the propa-ganda of the achievement of the industry.
1. The project ＂using waste paper to produce low basis weight, high-grade offset newsprint＂ won the second prize of National Award for Science and Technology Progress on 27th, February. This project was carried out together by Huatai Papermaking Co., Ltd, CNPPRI, Shandong Nanjing Forestry University. Institute of Light Industry, and Nanjing Forestry University.
