摘要
研究采用7~8日胚龄的王鸽脑组织,采用胰蛋白酶消化法制备神经细胞悬液,接种于包被多聚赖氨酸的6孔培养板中培养,用阿糖胞苷抑制非神经细胞的生长,以寻求一种简单、可行的原代王鸽脑神经细胞培养方法。结果表明,试验成功地进行了原代王鸽脑神经细胞培养、纯化,并保证有足够数量的神经元存活,证明酶消化法原代培养王鸽脑神经细胞是一种可靠、稳定的获得神经元的方法。
The 7-8 days King Pigeons embryo was taken, monolayer neurons were digested by trypsin and seed in culture plate coated by polylysine and the growth of other cells except neurons was inhibited by arabinosylcytosin. The result showed that the primary culture of neurons in this way was performed successfully, and the primary cell culture of King Pigeon neurons by the method of enzyme digestion is a reliable way to obstain neurons and with high stability.
