无机结合料稳定煤矸石基层材料设计参数的研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了给无机结合料稳定煤矸石基层路面结构提供设计参数,试验研究了无机结合料稳定煤矸石基层材料的抗压回弹模量和劈裂强度,并利用Shapiro-Wilk检验法对其试验结果进行了正态分布假设检验。结果表明,煤矸石基层材料的抗压回弹模量和劈裂强度在显著性水平0.05下均服从正态分布。基于此,针对现行规范确定半刚性基层材料设计参数推荐值的不足,运用数理统计中区间估计的方法得出了设计参数95%置信概率的置信区间,并综合考虑施工变异性等影响因素对其进行适当折减、视材料具体情况进行必要的调整后得出了无机结合料稳定煤矸石基层材料设计参数的推荐值,为无机结合料稳定煤矸石基层结构路面的设计提供了依据和参考。 In order to provide design parameter for pavement structure design with inorganic binders stabilized coal gangue base course, compressive resilience modulus and fracture strength of inorganic binders stabilized coal gangne base course materials were tested, and normal probability distribution hypothesis tests to these test data were carried outby using Shapim-Wilk testing method.The test results indicate that both compressive resilience modulus and fracture strength of inorganic binders stabilized coal gangne base course materials are submit to normal distribution at a 5% level of significance.Based on this result and in view of the insufficiency of the determined design parameter recommendation of semirigid base course materials in present specifications, confidence intervals at 95% confidence probability of design parameters for inorganic binders stabilized coal gangue base course materials were educed by adopting interval evaluation in statistics, and design parameter recommendation was presented after proper depreciation due to construction variability, etc.and necessary redressal considering materials'condition, which provides a reference for pavement structure design with inorganic binders stabilized coal gangue base course.
