摘要
本文报道了采用亚硝基铁氰化钠作为一氧化氮的前体,当亚硝基铁氰化钠终浓度为0.00330.1mM/L浓度组范围内,研究对大鼠肝S9的细胞色素P450的含量、苯胺羟化酶和谷胱甘肽硫转移酶活性的影响。实验结果表明外源性一氧化氮能明显降低细胞色素P450含量,抑制苯胺羟化酶活性,对谷胱甘肽硫转移酶活性无明显影响。
This paper reports the effect of the exogenous Nitric Oxide(NO) on the activities of drug metabolizing enzymes which included content of cytochrome P450,activities of Aniline hydroxylase(AH) and Glutathione S-transferase(GST) in rat liver S9.NO was generated from Sodium nitroprusside (SNP).When the concentrations of SNP were 0.01 ̄0.1mM/L,exogenous NO could reduce the activities of P450 and AH significantly,but could not influence the activity of GST.
