休闲体育作为休闲的重要组成部分,其重要性已经被越来越多的人所认同,它的价值功能主要体现在对个人和社会的作用上它能促进人的身体健康、心理健康,促进社会适应良好;促进社会文化发展、经济发展和政治发展。
As one important component of INsure activities, leisure sports has been regarded as increasingly important by more and more people. This article is designed to analyze its value from the point of individuals and society of promoting people＇s body and mental healthy, the social culture, economy development, and political development.
