摘要
在传统管壳式换热器结构设计的基础上,针对满液式蒸发器提出了一种换热管布置的优化设计方法,在结构型式不变的情况下,通过管排的优化设计,可以使管板上换热管的布置更加合理、紧凑,且能保证管排高度适中.该方法在提高满液式蒸发器换热能力的同时,还可有效减小其体积.
One way of optimizing design on the arrangement of heat exchange tubes inside flooded evaporator was presented based on the conventional scheme of the tube & shell exchanger. Assuming a specified structural form of a flooded evaporator, the arrangement of heat exchange tubes was more reasonable and compact by adopting the proposed optimizing design, and the moderate arranged height of heat exchange tubes was assured easily. The proposed optimizing method can improve the heat exchange capacity and also reduce the dimensions of flooded evaporator.
