Synthesis of High Molecular Weight Cationic Demulsifier

摘要 采用水溶液聚合方法,在氧化-还原引发体系(K2S2O8-NaHSO3)下,引发丙烯酰胺(AM)和阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)制备阳离子破乳剂PDA,考察了单体总含量及配比、引发剂用量、温度及pH对聚合物反应的影响。实验结果表明,最佳反应条件为:单体总含量35%,AM与DMDAAC质量比6:4,引发剂加量0.03%(以单体总质量计),温度35℃,pH 3~5。 A kind of cationic demulsifier PDA was prepared from AM and cationic monomer DMDAAC by solution polymerization with K2S2O8/NaHSO3 as redox initiator. The effects of several factors on polymerization were examined. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: content of AM and DMDAAC 35 %, mass ratio of AM to DMDAAC 6:4, content of initiator 0.03 % (based on total mass of monomers), reaction temperature 35 ℃ and pH 3 - 5.
