摘要
用降凝降粘剂EVA+AA处理高蜡原油,并对原油处理前后的石蜡、胶质、沥青质进行红外特征吸收峰、X射线衍射峰以及蜡晶尺寸变化研究。研究显示,降凝降粘剂主要是通过共晶作用改变蜡晶的结构,使蜡晶尺寸变大达到降低凝点的效果;同时降凝降粘剂利用自身的极性基团改变胶质和沥青质的聚集状态降低原油的粘度,从微观和宏观上证明了它的作用机理。
The waxy crude oil was treated by EVA + AA as pour point depressant and viscosity reducer. The comparison of IR spectrum and X - ray diffraction and waxy crystal size for paraffin, gum, and asphahene before and after treatment was made. The result showed that the waxy crystal structure was changed mainly by cocrystallizaion of paraffin with pour point depressant with the waxy crystal size to become large. The aggregation of gum and asphal tene was also changed by polar groups of pour point depressant and viscosity reducer. The mechanism was confirmed microscopically and macroscopically.
