摘要
文章以粒级级配和紧密堆积原理为理论依据,以嘉华G级高抗硫油井水泥和赤铁矿等为基本原料,通过复配不同颗粒大小的赤铁矿配制密度为2·2g/cm3~2·3g/cm3水泥浆。对水泥浆密度、稳定性、流动度、流变性、失水、稠化时间、抗压强度等进行测定,找出了赤铁矿颗粒粒级级配与高密度水泥浆性能的基本关系。
Based on theories of grains size and dense packing,our research took oil-well cement with high-resistance to sulfur,Jiahua G,and hematite as basic materials and prepared a kind of cement slurry with density varying from 2.2g/cm3 to 2.3g/cm3 after repreparing hematite with different grain sizes.And then integrated performances of cement slurry were tested,for example,density,stability,liquidity,rheology,fluid loss,thickening time and compressive strength.At last,the basic relationship between grain size of hematite grain and high-density cement slurry was found out.
