摘要
通过大量室内实验研制了一种新型的变粘酸CAX,并对其粘度与温度的变化关系进行了测试:在室温下其粘度值较低,升温到77℃时粘度值增加到270mPa·s。酸岩反应动力学、缓蚀性能等测试表明,CAX是一种性能优良的变粘酸;其配制方便、摩阻低、配伍性好等特点,使其具有良好的现场应用前景。
A new changeable viscosity acid-CAX was developed after many indoor experiments and the variation between viscosity and temperature in this CAX was also tested.Its viscosity is much lower under room temperature and increases to 270MPa/s along with temperature increasing to 77℃.Some tests of acid-rock reaction dynamics and inhibition property show the CAX is characterized by better performance,convenient preparation,low friction and good compatibility.So,it's potential to apply to fields.
