COX-2和MMP-2在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

The significance of COX-2 and MMP-2 expression in cervicalsquamous cell carcinoma

目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达、相互关系及临床意义。方法:38例宫颈鳞状细胞癌为实验组,慢性宫颈炎及正常宫颈组织各10例为对照组。采用免疫组化SP法分别检测COX-2和MMP-2在各组中的表达情况。结果:COX-2和MMP-2在正常、炎性、鳞癌组织中均有表达,但鳞癌中的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05);正常及宫颈炎组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);COX-2和MMP-2的表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理分级、淋巴转移无明显相关性(P>0.05);但在有淋巴转移组和无淋巴转移组中表达强弱不同。在宫颈鳞癌组织中MMP-2、COX-2蛋白的表达之间存在显著正相关(r=0.581,P<0.01)。结论:COX-2和MMP-2与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展相关,并在其侵袭、转移中可能发挥了作用,且两者关系密切。

Objective： To study the significance of COX - 2, MMP - 2 protein expression and their relationships in vervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods： COX - 2 and MMP - 2 protein expression were examined by immunohistochemical S - P staining method in 38 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 10 of chronic cervical inflammation, and 10 normal cervix tissue （ control groups）. Results： COX - 2 and MMP - 2 were expressed differently in all cervical squamous cell carcinoma, chronic cervical inflammation and normal cervices, but their expression was significantly higher in squamous cellcarcinoma than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） in their expression between chronic cervical inflammation and normal cervical tissue. The expression of COX - 2 and MMP - 2 was not related to distinct clinic stages, pathologic grades and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma （ P 〉 0.05 ）, though expressed differently between distinct lymph node metastasis cases. In cervical squamous cell carcinoma,there was a very significant correlation between the expression of COX- 2 and MMP- 2 （r =0. 581, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： COX- 2 and MMP- 2 are related to the oncogenesis and develepment of cervical squamous cell carcinoma ,and they may play important roles in invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma, MMP -2 is closely associated with COX -2.
