归纳总结近10年来在构效关系研究中,中药各类抗肿瘤有效成分及其衍生物的抗肿瘤作用药效基团,并探讨其研究意义,为中药抗肿瘤成分的结构优化和抗肿瘤新药开发提供参考思路。

To summarize the studies on anti - tumour pharmacophore of all kinds of components from traditional Chinese medicines（TCMs） and its derivates in structure -activity relationships in past decade ago, to seek for the significance of the research, with aiming at providing new ideas and thoughts for its structure optimizing and development of new antitumor drug.
