摘要 目的探讨网络使用对大学生心理健康状况的影响。方法采用自拟一般情况问卷及症状自评量表测评大学生网络使用及其心理健康状况,对网络重度使用者和轻度使用者的测评结果进行对比分析和相关分析。结果15.7%大学生网络重度使用,其中男生62.8%,女生37.2%;84.3%轻度使用,其中男生40.4%,女生59.6%。症状自评量表测评大学生网络重度使用者各因子分均显著高于轻度使用者(P<0.01)。大学生上网时长与症状自评量表恐怖、偏执、躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、睡眠饮食因子分显著相关(P<0.01~0.05),与性别、月消费、人际关系个体因素存在显著相关性(P<0.01~0.05);男生、月消费高、人际交往困难者上网时长者较多。结论在网络使用中,上网时长对大学生心理健康状况有较大的消极影响,各高校及广大教育工作者应引导大学生合理使用网络。 Objective To explore the effects of Internet use on mental health status of college students. Methods Assessments of college students' Internet use and mental health status were conducted with the Self-made General State of Health Questionnaire(SGSHQ) and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),and contrast and correlation analyses conducted between the results of severe and mild Internet users. Results 15.7% of college students were severe Internet user, among them male ones were 62.8% and female 37.2%;84.3% were mild user,the male 40. 4% and the female 59.6%. according to the SCL-90,all factors' scores were significantly higher in severe than in mild useres(P〈0.01). Time-length of browse on Internet in college students was significantly related to such factors' scores as phobia, paranoia, somatization,obsession, inter-personal sensitiveness, sleep and diet as well as such individual factors as gender, monthly consumption and interpersonal relationship(P〈0.01-0.05). Most of the male,ones with higher monthly consumption and ones with interpersonal communication difficulty had longer browse on Internet. Conclusion Time-length of browse on Internet has major negative effects on mental health status of college students,all institutions of higher learning and vast educational workers should direct college students to rationally use Internet.
