本文论述了加强人才队伍建设的重要性和紧迫性。从分析本单位人才队伍建设的现状入手,就人才的培养、引进、凝聚及使用等方面阐述了几点思考以供商榷。

This paper dealt with the necessity and emergency of constructing brain-echelon. Starting with the analysis of the status quo of constructing brain echelons in the college, some ideas of training, introducing and arranging brain echelon have been brought foward for reference.
