摘要
利用PIV测量技术,通过试验研究了两种双流体雾化喷嘴(气泡雾化喷嘴和Y型喷嘴)的雾化特性,分析了气液比、液体流量、喷嘴结构等对雾化性能的影响,研究结果表明:气泡雾化喷嘴的雾炬比双流体喷嘴更饱满,雾化质量更好;雾化颗粒平均粒径随着气液比增加呈现下降趋势,当ALR>0.04,雾化颗粒平均粒径减小的趋势趋缓;随着被雾化液体流量的增加,雾化颗粒平均减小;在相同混合室面积条件下,增大雾化气注入孔截面积有利于雾化质量的提高.
Atomizing characteristics of two kinds of twin-fluid nozzles (effervescent nozzle and Y -type nozzle) are experimentally studied by using PIV technology ; the influences of nozzle type, air to liquid ratio ( ALR), liquid flowrate, nozzle internal geometry, etc on atomizing properties are analyzed. The atomizing experimental results show that atomization quality of effervescent nozzle is better than that of Y - type nozzle under the same condition ; Sauter mean diameter ( SMD, D32 ) of atomized particles decreases with increasing of air to liquid ratio, the decreasing degree reaches stability at ALR 〉 0. 04; SMD of atomized particles decreases with increasing of liquid flowrate at the same air to liquid ratio; it will be helpful for atomization quality for effervescent nozzle to increase the injection area of atomization air in the same air infection area of internal mixture chamber.
