高等教育综合化发展趋势对工科研究生教育提出了新的要求。我国工科研究生教育要培养大批创新型人才,应在六个方面进行深入探索:一是加大教育机制改革力度,二是学习创造学理论和方法,三是创新型人才培养应着力于定位"基本要求加特色",四是推进产学研相结合的协作式培养模式发展,五是充分发挥导师的指导作用,六是营造有利于培养学生的创新环境。

The comprehensive development trend of the higher education sets forth new requirements for the engineering post-graduates. The task of the engineering post-graduates education is to cultivate a large number of innovative talents. Therefore, we should strengthen the reform and study innovation theory and methods. The innovative training should focus on the positioning of the basic requirements and features and promote collaborative training model development of the combination of production and research, bring into full play the guiding role of mentor and create a favorable environment for innovation training students.
