XRP2868,一种新型口服链阳性菌素,通过研究其药物动力学和药效学,并与其他抗生素进行对比,发现具有较广的抗菌谱,可用于耐药的革兰阳性球菌,具有较大的临床研究前景。笔者就其化学结构、组成、药代动力学和药效学、抗菌活性、作用机制及耐药机制作简要概述。

XRP 2868, a novel oral streptogramin, compared to the other antibiotics, has a wide antibacterial spectrum, including gram-positive cocci, fastidious gram-negative rods involved in respiratory tract infection, and anaerobes, which are potential for the further clinical research.The structures of the components of XRP 2868, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, bioactivities, action mechanism and resistance mechanism were overviewed, briefly.
