摘要
对干涉光场的纵向效应进行分析和讨论,推出纵向位移与干涉光场变化的定量关系式,并介绍了在精密测量中的应用.
In this paper, the longitudinal effect of the optical interference field was analyzed and discussed, its use was introduced.
