Pt原子百分含量对FePt合金薄膜结构的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Different Pt Concentration on Structure of FePt Alloy Films

摘要 采用直流磁控溅射在SiO2〈0001〉基片上制备了不同Pt原子百分含量的FePt合金薄膜,薄膜样品经过650℃热处理1 h,得到了L10有序结构.利用X射线衍射对样品的结构进行了分析,结果表明Pt原子百分含量对形成L10有序结构有明显的影响. FePt alloy films with different Pt concentration have been deposited on SiO2〈0001〉 substrates by direct current magnetron sputtering.Obtain the L10 ordered structureannealed at 650 ℃ for 1 h.The films were investigated by X-ray for phase change of samples, the results show that the concentration of Pt has a visible influence on the L10 ordered structure.
