热处理对NdFeB合金的磁性能影响

摘要 采用快淬法制备NdxFe84-xB16(x=4,6,8,10)系列合金,并对所制备的合金进行热处理,研究热处理对NdFeB合金的磁性能影响.结果表明:在相同的退火条件下Nd10Fe74B16合金的综合磁性能最好;Nd10Fe74B16淬态合金在700℃退火3 min有较好的磁性. NdxFe84-xB16( x = 4,6,8, 10) alloys were prepared by melt-spun and were annealed. Effect of heat treatment on magnetic properties of NdFeB alloys were researched. The results showed that the synthesized magnetic properties of Nd10Fe74B16 alloy was the best in four melt-spun samples at the same annealing condition; that the magnetic properties of Nd10Fe74B16 alloy annealed at 700 ℃ after 3 min was the best in all annealing condition.
