The Consideration of Perfecting the City Community Autonomous under the Government Sight

以治理为导向的社区自治有效地提高资源的配置效率和资源利用的合理性,解决了许多社区公共问题,已被许多社区组织的治理实践所证明。宁波宁海县可以说是较早将治理理念引入社区自治建设中的地区之一,其在社区自治建设中所遇到的问题及其所积累的经验值得学习和借鉴。

The community autonomous which take governance as the guidance improves the resources allocation efficiency and makes use of resources effectively. It has also solved many community public problems. That had been proved by many governing practices of the community organizations. It is said that Ninghai county of Ningbo city is one of the areas which early introduced the Governing idea to the Community autonomous construction. The experience about the county in the community autonomous construction and the questions which it comes across is worthy for us to study.
