摘要
把人力资源价值计量问题延伸到混合权益角度,从固定权益和剩余权益上探究人力资源权益的分享,并通过对人力资源的分层,将人力资源的计量转化为对混合权益的分享,人力资源价值的计量问题迎刃而解。
In this paper, mixed rights,and explores Through the stratification the author extends the measurement of the value of human resources to the sharing of human resources from fixed rights and remaining rights. of human resources, the measurement of human resources is converted into the sharing of mixed rights, so the question of the measuring of the human resources' value is solved.
