人体组成的检测方法及其进展

摘要 人体组成是营养学中的一个重要概念,也是有关人体生物学诸多方面研究的核心问题之一。通过对国内外现有的人体组成发展状况进行概述显示,人们对人体组成的成分的研究随着近年来检测仪器和设备的发展而进一步深入,测量结果越来越精确。 Human body composition is one of the important concepts in nutrition science. Studies on human body composition have been carried on for a long time and several methods to analyze human body composition have been set up based on certain assumptions. In recent years, the development of detection devices and equipments enables a more precise result of measurement. An understanding of these approaches is essential for the researchers in relevant field.
