立体定位射波手术平台在脑转移瘤的应用

Clinical application of cyberknife in brain metastases

摘要 立体定位射波手术平台(cyberknife)作为一种新型的放射外科技术,无需定位框架,利用影像引导定位技术对病变进行实时追踪,可以对病灶进行等中心或非等中心照射,共平面或非共平面照射。具有高精度、高适形度及剂量高均质性。治疗体积较大、形状不规则、外科手术难以切除或邻近关键结构的脑肿瘤具有独特的优势。 Radiosurgery has become a conventional treatment for brain metastases with much efficacy. As a relative new radiosurgery instrument, the cyberknife makes it possible to administer radiosurgery without installing a headframe. The cyberknife localizes clinical targets using a very accurate realtime imaging system with high degree of radiation accuracy,conformality and dose homogeneity. It can perform iso-center or non-isocentric radiation. Cyberknife is superior in treating brain mestastases which are large,irregular, unresectable and/or adjacent to key structures.
