鼻咽癌调强放疗存在的问题

Problems of intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 调强放射治疗因其卓越的剂量学优势使得放射治疗进入了一个崭新的时代,在靶区形状特殊的鼻咽癌治疗中应用尤其广泛。但是,鼻咽癌调强放疗中靶区确定、剂量限定、危及器官保护等方面尚存在一些待解决的问题。 With optimal dosimetric advantage,intensity-modulated radiotherapy has been extraordinarily widely applied to nasopharyngeal carcinoma with special target,it brings about a new period of radiotherapy. However,there are many problems to be solved such as target delineation, dose prescription, normal tissue protection and etc.
