近年来的前瞻性研究已证实新辅助化放疗即术前化放疗可以明显提高直肠癌患者的局部控制率和保肛率，但直肠癌新辅助化放疗的理论基础、适应证、治疗方案、治疗时间等尚未明确。

In recent years, perspective studies have confirmed that neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy could obviously elevate the rate of local control and sphincter preservation in the people of the rectal cancer. But, the rationale, indication, therapeutic regimen, therapeutic time on neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy are uncertain. We will summarize the progressing about these questions in this article .
