摘要
恶性腹腔积液的形成是一个复杂、多因素的过程，其形成机制目前尚不完全清楚。诊断、治疗手段多种多样，除腹腔穿刺引流外，靶向及生物免疫治疗在恶性腹腔积液治疗中起着越来越重要的作用。
The formation of malignant ascites is a complicated and muhifactorial process. At present, the mechanism of malignant ascites formation is not very certain. And the method of diagnosis and treatment is diverse. Besides abdominal paracentesis, targeted therapy and biological immunotherapy are playing more and more important role in the management of malignant ascites.
