摘要
2006年3月,我国成为世界第一大外汇储备持有国。高额的外汇储备对我国宏观经济产生了深刻的影响,如何界定我国外汇储备的合理规模以及如何加强外汇储备管理,成为我国目前宏观经济管理与对外金融体制改革的一个现实问题。
In March, 2006, China becomes the country that holds the most foreign exchange reserve in the world. The big scale foreign exchange reserve has great impact on the macro economy, and how to define the reasonable scale and strengthen the management becomes the key to the economy management and the financial system reform.
