摘要
社会资本作为一种人际关系网络是政府和市场之外的为人们提供生存发展支持的第三条渠道。无论是在国内,还是在国外,社会资本作为一种社会支持网络在反贫困、社会保障、社会救济、就业和家庭养老等方面都起着重要作用。
Social Capital is the third resource distribution method which does not belong to state capital fights award or market resource distribution and provides existence and development for people. Whether it is at home or abroad, social capital plays an important role as a social support network in anti-poverty, social security, social almsgiving, obtaining employment and providing for the aged.
