A Harmonious Society and the Spirit of the Rule by Law

社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性,构建社会主义和谐社会是贯穿中国特色社会主义事业全过程的长期历史任务。"和谐"与"法治"密不可分,构建和谐社会首先是要构建一个法治社会,而构建法治社会之前提则又在于培育法治精神,因为没有法治精神的法治社会充其量只能是一个法制社会,根本没有和谐可言。

Social harmony is an essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Building a harmonious socialist society is a long and historical mission throughout the whole progress of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.＂Harmony＂ and＂ the Ruling by Law ＂are closely linked.To build a harmonious society is firstly to build a society ruled by law.And the premise of building a society ruled by law is to cultivate the spirit of the rule by law, because a society without the spirit of ruling by law is at best only a society with law, in which there is no harmony at all.
