浅谈水泥混凝土路面早期裂缝的成因及防治

Simple Talking about Cause for Early Crack of Cement Concrete Pavement and Prevention-Treatment

通过对水泥混凝土路面施工经验的总结,指出在制作和硬化过程中,由物理作用及化学反应产生的拉应力是水泥混凝土产生裂缝的主要内在原因,温差效应、切缝时间不合适、传力杆安装不当、混凝土配比不合理、混凝土养生不当等是产生早期裂缝的主要原因,并提出了相应的防治措施及处理方法。

The paper summarizes experiences with cement concrete pavement construction. On this basis, the paper indicates that in the process of making and hardening of cement concrete ,the tension stress arising from physical effect and chemical reaction is an essential internal cause for the crack, while the temperature difference, effect, improper joint - cutting time and erection of driving screw as well as inappropriate curing of concrete are major causes for concrete early crack,and advances relevant measures for prevention -treatment.
