By means of construction at trial lot for recycling of used asphalt pavement on Yjing - Da Highway ,the paper minutely introduces the on the spot cooling -recycling technique ,the construction technology,the data for road usage material testing,the detecting standards and methods. It expounds applied scope of present technique,gives the economic contrast to it and analyzes its social benefit.
