Recycling of asphalt pavement is capable of saving on large numbers of aspah and sand stone etc, at the same time favourable to waste treating＇and protection of environment, According to development and application of asphalt recycling technique at home and abroad as well as behavior and features of hot recycled technique,the paper tentatively approaches the cooling recycling technique of asphalt pavement.
