加强心理资本管理,减少员工工作倦怠 被引量:7

摘要 本文从企业员工工作倦怠的现状出发,在职业兴趣、胜任特征、个性特点和组织结构四个方面分析员工工作倦怠的起因,提出在体验式经济时代,如何从个体层面和组织管理层面开展心理资本管理实践,从而有效地预防和减少工作倦怠。
