基层医院护士生命质量测评研究

Study on the Quality of Life of Nurses in the Basic Level Hospital

目的探讨影响基层医院护士生命质量的因素。方法采取整群抽样的方法抽取山东省菏泽市基层医院的479名护士,对其采用WHOQOL-BREF量表中文版进行调查。结果护士生命质量总分为305.34±39.48,其中生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域及总体健康感觉得分分别为63.46±9.23、62.20±10.75、67.59±11.23、50.29±11.98和62.34±11.98。不同职称、年龄、区县及科室护士生存质量比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。护士生命质量与年龄、工龄、婚姻状况、睡眠时间、最近食欲、更换岗位频数、担心失去工作、上夜班的频繁度、担心感染疾病程度、工作承担风险大小、受社会尊重程度、每月总收入、工作环境满意度等因素相关;家庭和睦程度、食欲状况、工作压力程度以及对所在单位的信心程度为生命质量的主要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基层医院护士生命质量总体程度不高,且受诸多因素的影响,应加强基层护士的综合关怀,采取相应的干预措施,提高其生命质量。

Objective To explore the influencing factors on quality of life of nurses in the basic level hospitals. Methods To investigate 479 nurses of basic level hospitals in Heze city with the China WHOQOL-BREF by cluster sampling. Results The total score of nurses＇ life quality was 305.34 ±39.48, the total score of physiology field, psychology field, society field, environment field, and the general health feeling respeetively was 63.46 ±9.23,62.20±10.75,67.59±11.23, 50.29± 11.98,62.34±11.98. There were significant differences in the life quality among the nurses wtih different career grades, age, country and sections （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）. The factors that could influence the life quality of nurses included age, working age,marital situation, sleeping time, the latest appetitive situation, the time of change post, worrying to lose lose, the frequency of night shift, worried of disease infection, working risk, social respect, income of every month, the satisfaction to working environment, family relationship, appetitive situation, working pressure and the confidence to the present unit（P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The life quality of nurses in basic hospitals is not high and is influenced by many factors. We should strengthen the nurses＇ comprehensive care and take corresponding measures to improve the quality of life.
