摘要
白光LED作为新一代光源具有极好的市场前景。由于其对电源稳定性要求比较苛刘,需要一些特定的疆动电路。在结合当前研究水平、驱动要求和驱动原理的基础上,对LED驱动芯片进行不同方式的分类,重点讨论了不同的电路拓扑结构的LED驱动芯片的工作原理并分析了它们的优缺点。
The new-generation photosourcen White-Light LED has great market potentials. It needs some specific drive circuit due to its harsh requirement for the power source stability. Based on current research level, this paper classifies the chip of LED drive circuit into different modes according to the drive requirements and drive principles. The emphasis is put on the principle of different LED drive circuit topology structures and their respective advantages and disadvantages.
