摘要
高校思想政治辅导员的满意度影响这支队伍的稳定性和工作积极性创造性,目前还没有专门针对辅导员进行满意度的研究。文章根据管理学中的全过程管理理念,从人力资源开发的角度在具体操作层面分析了辅导员从应聘到离开学校的满意度管理全过程,提出建立高校思想政治辅导员满意度动态管理思路。
The satisfaction degree of the ideological and political tutors has effect on the stability, the creativity and the initiative of this team, however, there is no research specific for the satisfaction degree towards the tutors. According to the concept of whole-process management in management science, from the angle of human resources exploitation, this paper analyzes the whole-process management of satisfaction degree for the tutors from his or her acceptance of the tutor position to departure at the practical level and points out the ideas for establishing dynamic management of satisfaction degree of the ideological and political tutors in higher learning institutions.
