书院教育对现代继续教育教学的启示

Enlightenment of classical academy education on modern continuing education

书院是我国古代教育不断完善和发展的产物,它强调讲学自由、注重学术研讨,推崇以学生自学为主、教师讲授为辅和"会讲"式的教育模式,具有因材施教、入学自由、择师自主等特点,在机构及课程设置、学规及经费管理和教学形式上逐步形成了有利于教学与学术并重的组织模式,对我国现代继续教育教学尤其是自考教学点的兴办有重要借鉴作用。

Classical academy, which emphasized on free lecture and academic discussion, requiring me education model of self-studying of the students, teacheraiding teaching and fluent speech, using different teaching methods to educate different students, free school entrance, free choice of the teacher of the students, was a fruit of continuously perfecting and developing ancient education. An organization model was formed to benefit both teaching and academy in the perspective of organization and course arrangement, school regulations, funds management, and teaching methods and has an important enlightening role on China＇s modern continuing education, especially, on running self-learning teaching stations.
