应用Noordhoff术式修复158例单侧唇裂临床体会

Clinical application of Noordhoff′s techmnique on repairing of unilateral cleft lip: 158 cases report

目的:探讨应用Noordhoff术式修复单侧唇裂手术治疗的整复效果。方法:对158例单侧Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度,Ⅲ度唇裂采用Noordhoff术式进行手术修复,测量患者手术前后健侧和患侧唇高、唇长及鼻孔宽度,对测得数据用spss10.0统计软件包进行检验,确定差异有无统计学意义,同时由6名整容医师和6名非专业人士随机抽取40例患儿术前后照片及术后一年照片给出印象分值。结果:手术前后患侧唇高、唇长及鼻孔宽度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),健患侧唇高、唇长及鼻孔宽度手术后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。158例患儿术后整复效果均较满意。结论:应用Noordhoff术式修复单侧唇裂,可基本恢复患儿患侧唇高,唇长及鼻孔宽度,手术整复效果满意;但Ⅲ度唇裂患侧唇峰下降不足,对患侧鼻翼塌陷矫正不足。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of unilateral cleft repairing using Noordhoff＇s method. Method 158 patients with unilateral cleft lip were repaired with Noordhoff＇s method. The related anatomical marks of lip height, lip length and width of tie nostril were measured before and after cheiloplasty. Student＇s test was used for statistical analysis with SPSS 10.0 soft ware package. Meanwhile, 6 reshaping doctors and 6 laymen stochastically extracts in the picture of 40 examples before the operation and the picture of one year later, and then produced an impression value. Results There was significant difference in the upper lip height, lip length and width of the nostril at the operated side of cleft lip before and after cheiloplasty （ P 〈 0.05）. All eraluater were satisfacted with the results of operated patients using Wocrdhoff＇s method. Conclusion Noordhoff＇s method is useful for repairing of unbated cleft lip.
