摘要 目的:观察高能聚焦超声(HIFU)与三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)联合治疗晚期原发性肝癌近期疗效和毒副作用。方法:46例晚期原发性肝癌期患者随机分为A组HIFU+3D-CRT,B组单纯放疗。结果:A组近期有效率37.5%,B组22.7%,A组临床受益率91.6%,B组为72.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要毒性反应为白细胞减少和血小板减少。结论:HIFU+3D-CRT联合治疗晚期原发性肝癌有较好的疗效和耐受性。 Objective To study the effect and toxicity of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D - CRT) in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer (PLC). Method Forty - six patients with advanced PLC were randomly divided into group A ( HIFU + 3D - CRT) and group B ( 3D - CRT alone). Results The effective rate in group A was 37.5% and 22.7% in group B. The clinical beneficial rate in group A was 91.6%, and 72.7% in group B. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The main toxicities were leucoeytopenia and thrombocytopenia. Conclusion Thermotherapy of HIFU in combination with 3D - CRT is a feasible and well - tolerated method treating advanced PLC.
