摘要
为了揭示脉象所包含的丰富的心血管系统生理病理信息,利用小波变换的奇异性检测原理,获得了脉象信号的小波变换模极大值图,检测出了人体脉象信号的突变点,从而准确地确定了心脏收缩期ts和舒张期td。通过对大量信号的实验分析和统计,发现心脏病人和正常人的舒张期和收缩期之比td/ts及脉波率有明显差异,这为部分心脏病的诊断提供了定量的参考依据。
To reveal the abundant cardiovascular physiological and pathological information in the pulse signals,the diagrams of the wavelet transform(WT) modulus maxima of the pulse signal are acquired,and the breakpoints of the pulse signal are detected by using the singularity detection principle of WT.Then the systole ts and the diastole td of the heart are obtained.Experimental analysis and statistic results show that td/ts value and the frequency of the pulse have obvious difference between the normal and the diseased people.The method provides the quantitative standard for diagnosing partial heart diseases.
