Molecular mechanisms of ganglion cell axon guidance in retina

摘要 在视觉系统的发育过程中,钙黏素、硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖、Slit、细胞黏附分子L1、Eph/ephrin、Sonic hedgehog等分子在视网膜内节细胞轴突定向发育的过程中发挥了关键的作用。而这些轴突定向影响因素,对视神经损伤和中枢神经疾病的治疗同样有积极的指导意义。 In the developing process of visual system, molecules such as cadherins, chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans, Slit, L1, Eph/ephrin, Sonic hedgehog are key regulators of ganglial cell axon guidance decisions to formation of specific axonal pathways in eyes. And these factors are also useful in the treatment of optic nerve injury and central nervous system diseases.
