UVA探测器照度响应度的量值复现方法与国际比对 被引量:5

摘要 对UVA探测器照度响应度的量值复现方法进行了详细的讨论。分析比较了光源的光谱辐射照度法、探测器的绝对光谱响应度法、热释电探测器法、绝对辐射计法和与标准紫外辐射照度计比较法等5种方法的原理和测量结果。以此为理论基础,中国计量科学研究院(NIM)参加了由亚太计量规划组织(APMP)举办的国际上首次"UVA探测器的照度响应度国际比对APMP PR-S1"。比对结果表明:在7个参加实验室中,NIM的量值与国际参考值最为接近,窄波段UV365照度响应度和宽波段UVA照度响应度与国际参考值的偏离量分别为-0.57%(k=2)和-0.53%(k=2)。在特定条件下,宽波段紫外辐射度的量值复现不确定度也由原来的10%(k=1)改善为2.0%(k=1)。 Five methods for measuring the irradiance responsivity of UVA detectors are discussed and analyzed in detail, including absolute spectral irradiance method based on standard lamps, absolute spectral power responsivity of detectors, absolute thermoelectric radiometer method, electrically calibrated pyroelectric radiometer method and method of comparing with the NIM standard UVA radiometer. On the basis of the above theories and methods, NIM took part in the APMP international comparison of "Irradiance Responsivity of UVA Detectors PR-S1" in 2004. The comparison results showed that the consistency between the NIM value and the international reference one is the best among the seven participants. The deviation of NIM's value from the international reference one is only - 0.57% ( k = 2) for UV365 irradiance responsivity, and - 0.53% ( k = 2) for UVA irradiance responsivity. In addition, the uncertainty of broadband ultraviolet irradiance under the defined conditions was cut down to2.0%(k= 1) from 10%(k= 1).
