摘要 线偏振光正入射到薄膜相位延迟器的表面时,透射光的相位延迟量随温度的变化出现扰动,扰动影响了透射偏振光的质量。为了研究相位延迟量随温度的变化特性,采用归一化测量法测出了相位延迟量随温度的变化并对变化进行了系统的分析。研究表明,透射光的相位延迟量与膜料的折射率,基底与膜料之间的应力以及膜料之间的应力等因素有关。研究相位延迟量与温度之间的变化关系,对于实验精度与实验误差分析具有重要的现实意义。 When the linearly polarized light is incident normally, the transmitted light's phase delay appears the perturbation along with the change of the temperature. In order to study phase delay along with temperature's change characteristic, normalized measurement was adopted. The results indicated that the transmitted light's phase delay was related to the membrane material's refractive index, the stress between the membrane and base or the membrane and membrane as well as other factors. Research of the relations between the phase delay and the temperature change plays vital practical role in the experimental precision and the experimental error analysis.
