摘要
跨国公司作为一个多文化机构,其积累的国别性专有知识的有效转移不可避免地受到民族文化差异的影响。利用Hofstede的四个民族文化维度,即个体主义与集体主义、权力距离、不确定性规避和男性主义与女性主义,来具体分析每个文化维度对跨文化知识转移有效性的影响,希望能为后续理论研究和实践提供借鉴。
The effective transfer of nationally specific knowledge in multinational corporationsthat is a multi-cultural institution is inevitably affected by national culture differences. By making use of Hofstede's four national culture dimensions which are Individualism & Collectivism, Power Distance; Uncertainty Avoidance; Masculinity vs. Femininity, this paper analyzes each dimension's influence on the effectiveness of cross-cultural knowledge transfer, hoping to provide reference and guidance for the follow-up theoretical study and practice
