The Activation Mechanism of Dynamic Capabilities in the Enterprise: Based on the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Decision-making

企业为什么能够盈利以及如何获得超过行业平均利润的经济租是战略管理领域研究的永恒问题,动态能力理论提供了一个新的理论视角,其对处在动态复杂变化环境中的企业赢得竞争优势尤为重要。通过文献梳理总结出动态能力激活的决定因素主要有企业家精神、组织学习机制和激励机制。企业家作为企业最重要的资源之一,其决策正确与否对企业动态能力激活与否关联重大,其在动态能力激活过程中扮演了助推器的重要角色。

why the firm gets the profit and how to achieve the economic rents of the industry above the average are the fundamental questions in the strategic management. Dynamic capabilities give us the new theoretical perspective, which is most important for the enterprise to address the changing environment. After literature review, we summarize the decisive factors of dynamic capabilities＇ activation are entrepreneurship, learning mechanism and motivation mechanism. Entrepreneurs are one of most important resources, whose decisions making are greatly relevant with the activation of dynamic capabilities and play the role of activating in this process.
