摘要 R&D人员绩效考核制度以三种模式分别经历了三个发展阶段:德国模式、美国模式以及复合型模式,每一模式都有其合理性和不足。三类模式同研究与发展管理模式的演化历程基本相对应;方兴未艾的复合型R&D人员绩效考核模式将是今后绩效考核的主要研究方向。 R&D personnel measuring system has experienced 3 stages: German Model, U.S. Model and Comprehensive Model. Each model has its reason and flaws. There is a match between the 3-stage model and the 3-generation of R&D Management. The rising Comprehensive Model will be the main strain of R&D personnel measuring in the future.
