摘要
管理控制中的信任被越来越多的学者所重视,有关控制与信任到底是互补、替代还是复合关系的争论仍在继续。在这个背景之下,应用实证研究方法检验控制与信任关系,并进一步探究不同类型控制对不同类型信任的影响。通过对163份知识员工的调查问卷进行分析,结果显示,结果控制和能力控制对认知信任产生正向影响、对情感信任产生负向影响,行动控制对人际信任基本上不产生影响。
Trust in control mechanism attracts more and more researchers" attention. The debate of complementary or substitutive relationship between control and trust is still going on. In this situation, empirical research is used in this research to test this theoretical debate. We further test the impact of different types of control to cognitive-and-affective trust. The hypothesis is examined based on 163 valid questionnaires. The results show the main relationship of control and trust is complementary, but there is a potential substitutive trend. According to conclusions, we provide several advices for managing knowledge workers.
