Empirical Study on the Effect of Organizational Climate and Psychological Empowerment on Sci-tech Personnels' Work Attitudes

摘要 研究的主要目的是考察组织气候与员工满意度、组织承诺之间的关系。采用结构方程模型对组织气候、心理授权、员工满意度、组织承诺之间的关系进行了交叉验证分析。研究发现,组织气候对科技人员的组织承诺和工作满足有影响;心理授权对组织气候与科技人员工作态度的关系具有一定的中介作用。 Accumulating evidence suggests that organizational climate is positively associated with such leadership effectiveness as job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the mechanisms by which organizational climate exerts its influence. In the present study, we explored the relations among different components of organizational climate and job satisfaction and organizational commitment in a Chinese context. We also examined the contribution of each of the four dimensions of multidimensional conceptualization of psychological empowerment in mediating the relation between organizational climate and job satisfaction, and organizational commitment Structure explore the relations among organizational climate, psychological empowerment, equ job ations modeling (SEM) was used to satisfaction and organizational commitment using the model generation strategy.
